Organization Overview
PCL Construction has been building water and wastewater treatment plant facilities, pipelines, and other water infrastructure projects from coast to coast since 1986. PCL, the parent company of PCL Construction, was established in 1906 and is a group of independent construction companies that carries out work across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Australia. These diverse operations in the civil infrastructure, heavy industrial, and building markets are supported by a strategic presence in 32 major centers. With an annual construction volume of $7 billion, PCL is ranked 10th on Engineering News-Record's Top 400 list of general contractors operating in the United States.
